Product Description
Astra-Print™ GS is a new high-brightness, engineered coating clay designed to provide a balance
between gloss, scatter, coverage, printability and high solids runnability when used alone or with
calcium carbonate.
Application
Astra-Print™ GS is excellent for coated goundwood, coated woodfree and coated board applications.
Gloss and scatter, along with printability, can be optimized with Astra-Print™ GS while maintaining
formulating cost requirements. Astra-Print™ GS will typically lead to reductions in expensive
pigments such as titanium dioxide, plastic pigments and calcined clay.
