The aim is to develop the most efficient processes to produce the most effective product for each application, backed up by the best possible technical service and advice. IMERYS works extensively with universities and external institutes in Europe and the USA to ensure it draws on knowledge and expertise at the forefront of technology.
Process Knowledge
The secret of IMERYS’ high performance minerals lies in the specialised processes used to add performance. These include pulverisation, purification, refining, blending, drying, and classification. Many of these processes have been developed by IMERYS and the resulting benefits are unique to its calcium carbonate and kaolin products.
